Today is Friday March 20nd.
One of the most important seminar about Methedology of Investigation in Language and Culture was held in our university "UPTC". As everybody thought it was a great academic activity both in Spanish and English language with a marvelous presentation of the students in Master and Phd degree. What is understood about this academic event is although it was the first international seminar about the methedology of investigation in language and culture, but demontrated that it can be one of the most important academic event in Colombia and in South America. Infact having 14 Phd students in language and culture is an honour university activity which can be expanded not only in Colombia, but also in South American countries in high level situation.
Being with professor Julian from UK was a great upportunity for the teachers and the students who believe themselves that our university has a tremendes capacity of education both in language and culture.

Your writing reflects what you really are: a very committed professional who is taking very seriously your role as an international language teacher. There is always a good sense of thinking in doing things better and better. I appreciate your latest comment on the International seminar we run last weekend. Thanks a lot. I noticed how committed and proactive you were in every lecture. I would like to have a look at the books you have written. I sincerely believe we are in the same side and there are interesting things we can plan either from the Master programme or the PhD. Carry on and there is no need to mention you have a lot to offer and help me in the seminar on Linguistics this semester. Well done. You are sincerely taking the right path. More than what I could expect.
hi Bijan, I agree with you about the importance of the research semminar about language and culture. one of the most intereting things was the variety and the participation of different master candidates and different views about research. one more time, we could evidence how research is absolutely necessary for teachers who really want to improve their practices and to do things better. I really enjoy this event too and i hope some new opportunities to participate on this kind of useful activities
